Summary

Microsoft Access allows you to sort your database by any field in ascending or descending order. A query allows you to sort by multiple fields.

To create a query click the Queries Tab and click the New button. After selecting the data object for your query, Access allows you to select fields from a field list. You can also create calculated fields. Access also allows you to select sort and criteria options.

Finally, you can print your query, and save it as part of your database file.

And now, for a quiz!
